I bought this brand new just before Christmas as a replacement for my wife's phone, which I accidently dropped and smashed the screen on. She was able to still use it with the broken screen, and with the rush of Christmas, we never got round to taking this new one out of the box. After Chistmas had passed and I returned to work, I was made aware that I could claim a repair through a perk I receive at work, which I did, and so no longer needed this one I had bought.
